How the site and the contact form work
This is a static website: it has no database and no user accounts, and nothing you type into the form is sent to a server run by this site. The form prepares an email in your own mail app, addressed to axel@gregorcik.fr. The message only goes out if you click Send from your mailbox.
Data involved
The information you choose to write in that message: name, professional email, company or website (optional), project type (optional) and the message text, plus the data that comes with any email (your sending address and the date it was sent).
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to reply to your contact request, on the basis of the legitimate interest in corresponding with people who make that request.
Recipients
The message is received in the publisher's mailbox and handled only by Axel Gregorcik. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Like any email, it travels through the sender's and the recipient's mail services.
Retention
Exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party service: fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself. No consent banner is shown because no tracker is used.
Hosting
The pages are served by IONOS SARL (details in the legal notice). Like any host, it may record technical connection logs (IP address, date, pages requested) needed to run and secure the service, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your data, and to restrict it. To exercise these rights, write to axel@gregorcik.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
